Elvira is an expert in organizational strategy, leadership development, and change management. She brings senior experience within multinational companies, having 

developed, managed, and held full P&L responsibility for Talent and Organization Effectiveness programs. She complements that with an extensive background in external consulting, facilitation, and coaching across multiple industries and continents. 

Over her career, Elvira has designed and facilitated leadership and organization development strategies for a diverse set of market-leading organizations, including Coca Cola, Baxter Healthcare, Pepsico, PWC, Cytec Industries, BP, and the European Investment Bank. 

Her unique approach to organizational strategy and talent management helps elevate individuals, teams, and organizations to a state where they perform at their best. She thrives on providing innovative solutions that increase the client’s capability to initiate and sustain positive change, magnify talent, and deliver the desired results. 

Elvira holds an MS in Organizational Development & Strategic Change from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration & Finance. She is also a Certified Optimize Coach & High Impact Team Coach.
